Helvetica

It is interesting to see that Helvetica is so popular. I personally didn't find the font as much of an exciting thing as most in the movie did, I sided more with the german man who hated the font. But the process of creating and designing fonts is very interesting. I never noticed helvetica so present in our every day lives. Stores and other companies like American Apparel, Microsoft, Sears, Staples, and American Airlines use the font. As the movie said, Helvetica is clear and simple and easily relates to the viewer in its simplicity. I believe that I never really noticed the font type because it is so simple and in my opinion boring.
